Hell, one summer we took a week off and did a bunch of their shows in Ohio, which was about as awesome a vacation as you can have. But Sickgirl, didn't you see all those cool record stores about one block from the TLA? They had some cool shit there. And did you really hate Philly? I'm not from there, but we love visiting that city. But maybe that's just because our "city" is D.C., which has about as much heart, soul, and personality as a John Mayer concert. But maybe I'm being too harsh. Every time they play here it sells out fast and the crowd is pretty nuts. So, after all the bitching I did on the long ride back from Philly Thursday, C'MON FUCKING TUESDAY!!!!
<font size="2" face="verdana, arial">I guess Philly just isn't what it use to be. I did go to the record stores and to the old zipperhead (forget what it's called now). I even checked out some bars there. Just not into it. My cousin lived in DC for like 20+ years. I kinda like DC better. I went to the old 9;30 club alot. I actually met Mike there in '89 [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I guess my heart was just broken [img]graemlins/broken_heart.gif[/img] because I was soooo excited about seeing them play! I still am depressed about the whole thing... I hope Mike is feeling better....he has a shit load of dates ahead of him...and really when is there room for Philly again??? Dude if I didn't have kids I would see Social D every city/town on the east coast...
